In the Video above, Scott Farnsworth, Central Florida's Tax-Free Retirement Expert answers a frequently asked question: Which IRA is best for me: traditional or Roth?
"In almost every case, the Roth IRA is superior. That's because, even though you don't get a tax deduction today for the money that you contribute, all the growth will eventually come out of the Roth IRA on a tax-free basis. Since we don't know what taxes will be when we eventually retire, I think it's important to be smart and to try to avoid future taxes by using Roths instead of conventional IRAs."
